As you enter the basement you will also encounter a very large Family/Entrainment room. This room includes an Olhausen 8’ pool table, cues, balls, pool table light and a built-in cue rack which comes with the sale of the house. The Family part of the room gives ample space for a large smart TV. The room also includes a custom built in Maple bookcase. A double full-size window brings in plenty of sunshine. This bike path connects with the Medicine Lake Regional Bike Path and Elm Creek Park Reserve.
